Hey lovely listeners- huge apologies for the recent sound issues (I just listened back and it was even worse than I thought!), they are currently on the mend, ye-ha.

Last night we featured some fab new albums: Martina Topley Bird- Some Place Simple, Mogwai Live in Brooklyn (also includes an awesome dvd),  & The World Ends: Afro Rock & Psychadelica in 1970s Nigeria to name a few. Check em out!

Voice Fm will be doing an Outside Broadcast this Sunday at the Ballarat Uni Open Day (SMB campus) so come down and say hello. Or feel free to drop us an email at tinderboxradio@gmail.com It looks like we’ll be moving to the 6-8pm Thursday slot from the week after next (I’m too much of a granny!)-and thinking of doing a spring special so Tinderbox time should be extra funky.

Some reminders:

Going Down Swinging launch next Thursday in Melbourne town, alongside lots of other great stuff in the Melbourne Writers Festival.

Sonic Boom Anniversary Special next Tuesday night from 10- 99.9 fm, dig it.
